I'm looking for experienced SEO expert that will put my website on 1st page of Google Singapore & Yahoo Singapore, for chosen words. Methods used MUST be white hat. NO BLACK HAT METHODS!
You must analyze the competition for the keywords chosen for best SEO ideas and tactics
Off site SEO and On-site SEO

You must use as many different article directories as possible, a maximum of 5 articles per article directory is the limit
Don't bother bidding if you cannot write AND submit your articles. Please write "I agree with the payment terms" in your PM. Any generic bid will be deleted automatically.
********* Requirements **********
- You are able to write in proper English
- You will submit at least 3 articles daily
- Articles must pass copyscape, no plagiarism
- Article must be indexed by Google (at least once)
- Maximum 5 articles to the same article directory
The project is complete when ALL the articles are INDEXED by Google in at LEAST one article directory. Articles may not be submitted to bad neighbourhood sites and/or sites which include articles related with pornography, gambling, pharmacy etc.
Every single article counts only ONCE no matter how many times it is indexed in different domains or article directories.
********* Reporting **********
We will require an Excel report with the following information:
1. URL of page where the article can be found.
2. Date the article was published.
3. URL of link in resource box (our website).
4. Anchor text used
5. Date the article was indexed by Google.

- Backlink pages must relate to our site topic
- Link pages and our links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow.
- Links must be permanent, static html links.
- One way links only, no reciprocal links.
- No [url removed, login to view] blocking. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text.
- No use of automated software or bots.
- No links from under construction pages.
- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
- No link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings.
- No paid traffic sites.
No methods or techniques that will get the site banned, de-indexed or sandbox
-- Expert understanding of Google & Panda Updates and how to work with them
- No banned sites, porn, gambling, violent, illegal sites, etc.
The report must be send at least once a week, so we know the progress of this project.
Payment:
100% payment release when our site appears in Top 5 1st page position in Google Singapore & Yahoo Singapore
Milestone Payments:
30% payment when our site appears in 5th page
30% payment when our site appears in 2nd page
40% payment when our site appears in 1st page
Extra BONUS
20% extra if site appears on 1st page in less than 40 days.
If any of the requirements are not met, there will be no payment. Do not bid if you do not accept the payments terms, no timewasters please.
Please show me some of your work. We will need weekly updates, and reports before milestones are released.
Communication is very important, you will need to explain and show methods used.
