The perfect candidate has the following abilities: - Excellent command of English - Experienced in creation of instruction sets/help file - Experienced in contact management systems - Experienced in applications including QuickBooks - Can methodically visit each aspect of the help file outline, learn the process, and draft the instruction set for the help file.
