I am an experienced foreign language teacher/tutor in the USA. I am getting more and more students signing up for my classes. But many live too far to come to classes regularly, hence the need of distance tutoring. I would like to have a website set up that would allow my student-customers to visit and log in with a user id and password and follow along a live lesson in real time using voice over IP (Internet telephony) such us SKYPE, a webcom and a digitalized pen tablet with usb connection. The website needs to have the traditional aspects that would include "About me," "how to sign up for classes" There levels, beginner, intermediate, advanced levels would be labeled. Paypal and other credit card payment facility would be included. The students should be able to record (MP3) the sessions. I would prefer to have a regular phone conversations over the Internet with my coder during and after the website is being worked out, and of course would pay for regular consultation and improvements of the site.
