Build A Program -- 2

I need a PROGRAM built. The PROGRAM will be used to grow instagram pages, essetially i need the PROGRAM to be programmed to like and follow various accounts relevant to a certain niche, the PROGRAM must be able to unfollow the pages after a while to maintain the ratio and i would also like it to be programmed to upload the pre-added picture at a pre-set schdule. Essentially this PROGRAM will autorun the pages and grow them.
