Riddles required for office games

We're an advertising/communications agency planning on running a treasure hunt for Christmas. i want someone to create for me a structure for a game that includes a series of riddles that employees have to figure out, that would lead to the treasure.
The structure can be as simple as people playing individually (they have to figure the clues themselves) or a complex one (that includes teams coming together and collaborating) or even riddles that lead from one place to another.
Ideally i would want riddles that are themed around our industry (digital media, analytics, programmatic...etc).
Obviously, these have to be customized (and not easily solved on Google).
