I am a Life insurance agent, looking at setting up a somewhat basic CRM
Here are the Items I am looking for:
Need: Organize the data for import-- currently in spreadsheets... they did not export as clean as I wanted out of existing CRM about 850 rows
Need: Customization of the fields and Modules, might needs some coaching this, Major needs would be Modules: Leads, Clients, Policies, Families/Business, Carrier, Fields: Age, policy number coverage amount, policy date, end date, premium, Carrier, Commission, Beneficiaries, term, Details, Approval rating, and probably a few more..
Need: .Automated emails based on date of birth of the client and also policy date these would use templates already made and mail merge the needed information (like Names in the email) and sent out in the background without any input from me
Need: automatically generated tasks that are based on policy date for me to contact the client based on their policy anniversary date. This needs to be done as an automated Rule and not as a singular client date.
Need: The ability to print a PDF to Mail a letter. this would need to use data from Custom fields and a Letter template. example a letter that would describe the coverage amount and the policy ending date both fields that are listed in the client but would be automatically populated in a template so I can print and mail
Need: The ability to put a status on a client for an example: client keep in touch, lead keep in touch, deceased, no longer interested, and also search by those statuses
Need: Searchable tags, for example if a client owns a certain product like a living trust or Term Policy I can search them by that tag
Need: Custom search parameters: for example searching by age and location, or age and product type or tag
Need: The ability to mass email or print and mail letter a searched list of clients based on a custom search (age, Tags , Status Location) for example if I wanted to send a letter to all clients over 55 I could search the list add that to a print queue use a template have the template pre-populated with all mail merge information from each client and download into one large PDF for printing
Need: The ability to make Mass tasks for me to call a search list: for example making a task list of all clients over 65 that have term insurance
