Build me a website

Need a clone of fiverr built on Ruby on Rails:

1. Front End on Jquery.

2. Json supported for android app.

Seperate controllers for Json apis.

For Json: controllers/api/v1/controller_file

For HTML: controllers/controller_file

3. User can signup using facebook, twitter, linkedin, google, email, phone number. Email with email confirmation, and phone number with otp confirmation.

4. Live Chat using Action Cable.

5. Multiple currency support as in fiverr.

6. Skinny Models, Skinny Controllers, Fat Services.

7. Optimized queries and clean code.

8. Deployment not needed.

9. Elastic or solr search for text search.

10. Database: Postgres

11. Caching: Redis

12. Sidekiq for sending emails and other background jobs.

Special Requirement: a. Buyers request page o fiverr should work as normal bidding page as on freelancer and upwork.
