ECWID coding css help immediately today

Hello, I created a website with wix + Onlineshop Plugin Ecwid. I am looking for a coding specialist who can solve this problem asap today. I created a custom table shipping method (instead of a flat rate) that allows me to set shipping only over a certain subtotal in my local area as I deliever myself, in my case $87.50. But If customers pick up the goods at a designated Pick up area they should be able to purchase as little or much as they want. At the moment in the check out area it always gives me an error that I have to purchase a minimum of 87.50. So I need a programmer who can write a new CSS theme just for that particular case.
