Swiss-German caller needed

Hello, we are looking for a Swiss German native speaker for our international call center.

Work from the comfort of your home, you will work with your existing PC or laptop. Simply plug your microphone in and you are good to go!

Responsibilities

- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits

- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements

- For every call, you can see the script and call campaigns, information about the contact and the client, and much more.

- Flexible working hours

- Access call's history, duration, and statistics.

Requirements

- A desktop or laptop computer with a speaker/microphone (either integrated or as a headset), a reliable internet connection and a quiet room

- Clear and pleasant voice

- Native in language

- Must have experience in a call center
