Are you an outgoing and jolly person? Do you love helping people or giving out advise? Do you want to make an impact to someone's life? We're looking for a driven and passionate individual to join our personal development company for ongoing customer service work part time. We're in the industry of life coaching and we get clients from all around the world who’s looking to change their lives for the better. DAY-TO-DAY JOB: - Monitor submissions via Helpscout/Manychat/Livechat/Messenger, to promptly assist, solve, or support members through a question or problem. - Supporting us on LIVE zoom webinar on Saturday with our audience. Raising the energy of participants of our class and keeping them engaged. - Dealing with retention, payment queries/follow up and cancellation requests via Helpscout/Justcall/Messenger. - Monitor social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn etc.) and engage with our audience with a positive spirit. What we're looking for: 1. Experience as a customer service representative 2. Able to work London Time Zone 3. Sales background 4. Knowledge with: excel, google docs 5. IMPECCABLE GRAMMAR both written and verbal 6. Multitasker 7. A great thinker! 8. Passionate about helping others 9. Organized, coachable, collaborative and resourceful :) Availability Requirements: 1. Available both on Saturday & Sunday. Due to our virtual events we run on weekends we tend to receive a lot of customer enquiries during this period.

Hello, I would like to be considered for the position of your Customer Service specialist. I have gone through your description and can see that you need someone who understands the Customer Service role, I feel I am that person. I have over 3 years of V.A. experience which has involved responsibilities such as email handling and social media posting to mention a few. I also have no problem working full-time.
