Virtual Assistant for online business & personal related tasks (long term) Looking for a Virtual Assistant for business and some personal related tasks. You will be paid hourly. Must be able to work for at least 10 hours a week. Possible 30+ hours per week in the future. We are looking for a long-term position of at least 6 months. This job posting is only a 7 - 10 day trial to see if you are fit for the job. We will hire a handful VA’s and keep one that is the most efficient and productive. Tasks will include but not limited to: Customer service related activities Website products, eBay and amazon listings Website maintenance Web and product Research (actually research, not don't want you to send me a list of links.) Find images from search engines and upload to my server basic photo editing with photoshop Any other activities that will help with our business operation. Must have fast high speed internet connection that is reliable with no down time. Must be comfortable with video chatting and talking on Skype. Must be fairly good in English. You will required to submit a short summary of how you are going to complete larger tasks before beginning those task and status report for the days that you worked. UNDERSTAND Hi, I am really interested about this project. I have been a virtual assistant for 3 years now, started right after college. I have SEO and eBay/Amazon skills, fairly Magento skills but eager to learn new skills as I go along. I have great writing and speaking English skills. I have experience with customer service, website maintenance, web research, data entry and Photoshop. The tasks I love most are web research, data entry and Photoshop. The task I dislike most is audio report typing. My skype name is cuttiielynniie. I can do the tasks you posted including manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets, maintain a calendar and set up meetings, take transcription and handle correspondence, handle billing and accounting, prepare and send out e-mail newsletters, handle client inquiries by phone or e-mail and market research etc. I can work 9 am - 5 pm EST time zone as it is 4 hours behind my time zone GMT. I currently have one client working as a VA, but the tasks I get are flexible as it is web research and email management tasks. I am mostly online if you have any queries.
