Indian Recruitment Industry Directory Compilation

I'm looking to create a database of all Indian Recruitment Companies, With Company Name, City, Telephone number. I'm not sure how many there will be in total, but I estimate between 1000 and 5000. These companies are easily accessible on the internet as all recruitment companies advertise their services. Typically there are industry associations (such as REC in the UK which has 6000 members). Finding the Indian Recruitment Association would be a good place to start. Other easy ways to search are by googling things like "recruitment company and Bangalore" or "recruitment agency and bangalore" or recruitment directory and india" or whatever. Local city business directories are always good too, but the key to make this simple is to find the biggest source first, otherwise you'll waste a lot of time with duplication. I would like for the database to be done simply in Excel. This project will be won by someone who is currently in India with an acute understanding of the main commercial cities around India. This will require a team of people who have great attention to detail. It will be too easy to go online, find one site with one directory and think thats all of them. I would like more than this - I want the whole Indian Recruitment Companies to be listed as outlined above. Payment will be received within 48 hours of the list being provided, during which time, random calls to 200 of the listed agencies will be called for accuracy purposes. If this project is completed successfully and in a timely manner, new projects will be rewarded. The same task will be required for the UK, USA, Australia, New Zeland, South Africa, Singapore and some others. These are not part of this project though.
