Virtual Personal Assistant- For Real Estate Investors This is a long term position. Plz Make sure your bid is accurate. * Incentive Bonuses Offered For Stellar Performance* Exec Assistant For Real Estate Investors & Property Mgmnt. LONG TERM POSITION ONLY - Start at 4 hours per day up to 8 or more once you're trained. Must work at least 1/2 day during US EST Time zone. Must have fast internet, Skype and a webcam. Must be willing to communicate 1/2 day during US working hours. Must Be HIGHLY ORGANIZED and Efficient With Admin Tasks. Requirements: Must Have prior Real Estate Assistant Experience Must Be HIGHLY Organized & Able To Meet Tight Deadlines Be Knowledgeable / Experienced w/ Short Sales / Note Purchase Know some Property Management Tasks - Should Be GREAT with document preparation - Data entry skills / * Be fast typing - Be GREAT AND SKILLED at Internet Research - Must know real estate - some mortgage - * Know Title Research -Sincere Desire to learn new things have a positive attitude. -You Must be reliable and a true professional - Must speak very good English - Must Know Microsoft office - Word / Excel/ Access/ Outlook - Must have fast reliable internet - Must be committed to at least 4-8hrs per day. - Must have your own Work area / Desk / Filing / Office area. - Should have a printer/ scanner / copier Duties include: - Monitoring email for new tasks, - Researching New properties for Title Issues - Post Document Sets in the Cloud - Data entry in Google spreadsheet. - Document Preparation - Agreements / Purchase Offers / - Checklist Tasks For Completion and Sign Off - Post ads on Craigslist. - Recruit Buyers / Sellers / Funding - Perform online mailing services - Click 2 Mail / - Perform Simple Marketing Automation Tasks - Will train right person, but knowledge of Real Estate is required! - This is a GREAT opportunity for the right individual. - Incentive BONUSES offered - Training will be provided. - This job has lots of growth and earning potential!
