JOB DESCRIPTION
STEP 1: Web research
Find a list of US tradeshows that took place between January 2014 and May 2014. I will provide list of tradeshows category (ie. clothing etc)
You send us links of those tradeshows for approval.
STEP 2: Data entry
For each approved tradeshow, you have to find exhibitor list and copy and paste in an excel file the COMPANY NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS of all
exhibitors, divided by country (so in each excel file, you create a different sheet for each country)
Please note:
- do not include consulting services
- institutions, chambers of commerces and similar exhibitors must be put in a separate excel file (again, divided by country)
- all double emails/exhibitors need to be removed before sending us final file and invoce
At the end plzz add 2-5 samples that you have undertsand the work corrrectly.
Volume:
I am not able to provide an exact estimate of how many emails we need: the more, the better. Keep in mind that this a constat job: we need to have new emails every week! So the more useful tradeshows you find, the better for everyone. We are now starting with the USA but we'll need this job to be done also for Canada, South America, Asia and Australia in a near future.
