data collection - product related patents, trade marks and design rights

The task is to collect information about patents, trade marks and design rights that relate to the same product/service. A list of twelve (12) firm names will be provided, which serves as a starting point.
For each firm, the freelancer needs to search the internet for the firm's products and the EPO patent database, the UK IPO trade mark and design right register and the OHIM Community trade mark and design right register for related IP rights.
For instance, a fan may be protected by a patent, its name by a trade mark and its design by a design right.
Not all products entail patent, trade mark and design right protection. Different types of intellectual property rights are considered a "bundle" for which we pay if at least two different IP rights refer to the same product/service or product/service line.
An example of what we are looking for and how it should be presented is provided in the attached file.
The successful bidder needs to use the following sources in order to identify relevant IP rights:
