Data Entry (Events) into my Wordpress Website

Hello, I currently have a website that is in the workings. It is an event website that will allow visitors to type in a city and a date and in return it will show them all events that will be happening in that location during those dates they have selected. The website is [login to view URL]
Here is a sample website which will show you the kind of information that will be needed to exported and imported to my website It will have 35 cites in the state of Michigan (U.S.) and 8,000-13,000 events. I will provide you with all the websites that you will get the information from to be keyed into my website. I have attached the word document with all the links. All the websites will be like this:

I only need from 9/1/14 - 9/1/15 (only one year) of information (events name description, address (if provided on site), and all information under that event on the original site, entered for each city. Im looking for a 15 day max turn around.
ALL INFORMATION THAT IS FILLED WITHIN THE LINES OF THE PICTURES ATTACHED, WILL BE NEEDED FOR YOU TO TRANSFER FROM THE OTHER WEBSITES TO MINE.
All events can be copied and pasted from the cites websites, which i will provide links to. 15 days max will be given to complete this task. You must know how to enter all information yourself on wordpress if i make you an authorized user and also enter the correct SEO info while adding events (there is a section to be filled out for the events for the SEO when adding the event. Please bid with a fair and honest price with a legitimate time frame.
