Ace Towing has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant Qualified candidates must posses the following: Have a minimum of 1 year administrative or customer service experience. Outgoing, confident and friendly. Computer Experience to include data entry. Knowledge of Microsoft office products. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to multi-task, prioritize projects. Organized and detail orientated. Ability to work independently with little assistance. Willingness and enthusiasm to get the job done. Pass a pre-employment background check. Bilingual is a plus. Responsibility's include but are not limited to: Customer service. Answering multiple phone lines. Maintain filing system. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence. Perform data entry Full administrative duties. Starting pay for this position is $12.00 per hour. This position is guaranteed to work 40 hours plus overtime. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 8:00am to 3:00pm. Every other Saturday is a requirement.
