My name is Rachel Yordan from the Philippines, Reliable, Trustworthy and hardworking. I was a Customer Service/Technical support in a Cable Tv Provider for 2years (Cignal Cable). Every day we receive a lot of complaints over the phone, text messages, emails and even personal. I do a lot of multitasking every. We have a system called Servicedesk, the problem that we receive every day is that there is no appearance on their TV screen, but they already paid their bill. First, if we can resolve the problem by troubleshooting process, if not we will proceed with the email process to the head of the technical support office suing Servicedesk.
And also I was Data Entry Admin in a logistics company for 2years (Medjohnson Nutrition Phil.). My everyday task is Product listing, Corporate Sales invoicing, Van selling invoicing, Good stock and bad stock encoding, daily, weekly and monthly sales report using Excel-Pivot.
