I have been working in some big companies here in the Philippines specific to BPO's. I was a Call Center Agent/Customer Service Representative at Eperformax, responsible for answering inbound calls/emails from customer. I used to be in Ebay account where we accept/key in orders from our customer, ensure orders were well taken care of and arrive to customers on time. I was also assigned to JP Morgan Chase account specific to Credit Card concern. We answer calls pertaining to Billing, Inquiry and assisting some issues on our respective customers.
Currently, I'm into Supply Chain Management Team in one of the prestigious firm as Supply Chain Specialist. I am responsible in RM(raw material ) ordering to be used in manufacturing products and ensure continuous of supply. We communicate to suppliers and expedite shipments to ensure it will arrive on time. Part of our job is to do sourcing of RM to other suppliers for competitive price. We coordinate with customer as well for any concern that affects shipment of the goods we produce.
