Finding Leads for schools

I have list of 4500 + schools. See the attached example.
1. First, check the data from the list of schools (all columns except column C-G, see below demo school lead test file) if its correct or not. If not correct then update and highlight with orange. from this url the data needs to be verified: [login to view URL]
2. Then Need 5 leads from each school. Basically need lead info from column C to G. Need the titles that I have sent.
3. Transfer this info to 2 email sheets.
Need these titles only (FIRST 6 ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT LEADS THAT I WOULD LIKE TO GET): 1. Learning Center Director 2. Director of Writing Center 3. Dean or Director of Student 4. Director or Dean of Academic Affairs 5. Director of Financial Aid. 6. Director of retention and enrollment 7. Director of Academic Advising Then point 8. Department Chair for Math, or English or Science.
