Roles will include: -Answer all customer service inquires via email, phone and chat. Common Inquiries will include shipment time, or quality of our products -Post on social media channels on relevant information -Forward all customer orders to supplier and upload tracking for customers. This is a full time position and the hours will be 9am - 5pm Central USA Time Monday-Friday. Starting wage is $8-10/hr with opportunities for increases. About You: • Professional, but fun-natured • You like talking to customers and building relationships with them • Phone friendly: not afraid to make & take calls, and you have a voice people love to hear • Sales Aware and naturally Curious. Always discovering customer needs • Drive for customer satisfaction • A Passion for custom products • Self-motivated - In a growing company we'll rely on you to take initiative • You must have a Laptop & high speed internet. All software will be provided Other Responsibilities: • Educating & Qualifying new leads by phone • Following up on calls with existing leads, closing them over the phone • Reaching out to warm leads (from referrals or organizations we've done other business within) to grow customer base • Working to create partnerships & revenue sharing opportunities with target organizations Skills required: Strong Verbal Communication, Listening, Relationship Building, Professionalism, Organization, Calm Under Pressure, Computer savvy, Microsoft Office Skills, A Joy to be around.
