Hotel data base population

We require a person or persons to create and populate information about hotels in Australia, for selected hotel groups. Data required includes property name and location, # of rooms, name and emails for GM, Operations Director and Exec Housekeeper, and importantly, whether housekeeping is done by hotel staff or outsourced, and if the latter, to which organisation. This information cannot be found on the web, it must be produced by methodically calling the property in question and finding a supportive person to assist. Therefore, phone skills are important. The overall job will entail doing this for several hundred properties, but a the initial test will be for 25 hotels.
