Racehorse Data Entry For Sales

This is a fairly complex project that will take considerable time in order to complete it, hence why I am freelancing it. The project revolves around creating a system to select racehorses. Not for gambling purposes but rather for when a young horse (yearling) is sold at a sale there are many aspects for what professional agents look for in that horse. I am trying to create a scoring system (which has never been done before) where I analysis the photo of the horse (which is found online) and its pedigree to tally the horses in the sale from 'best to worst' and hence which horse I should buy. However, before having this scoring system I need data from all previous years (starting in 2010) at all the sales of the horses so I can create the ranking on which components of the horse should be weighted higher than others. I have begun this project and done about 60 horses, however I have found it takes me about 2 minutes per horse which is too time consuming. With many sales a year and most sales comprising of about 200-800 horses, I estimate there will be about 40,000 (I could be wrong) horses to analysis which have photos (obviously with technology there are more photos in 2018 to 2010) to have all the data to date. I have no real time scale by when this needs to be completed by, however the faster the better. Whilst this seems complicated I have rule book which shows what to do and of course will answer as many questions possible to make this easiest for you. I am willing to split this into lots of 10,000 horses to make it easier however if you think you can do it all then I will consider it and of course a different price as the current budget is only for 10,000 lots.
