My inbox has 5500 emails that need sorting into folders. The mailbox is Yahoo! and emails can easily be grouped by sender simply by searching for "from:name@[login to view URL]" then simply create a folder to put them in and move the emails from the inbox to the senders folder.
Simples.
I've just done the whole of 2017 myself and it took me about 2 hours, there was around 2000 emails in the last year.
There's 8 years of email left, and around 5500 emails, I'd estimate if you're skilled on a computer then the remainder should take about 3 hours - some years only have about 30 emails received in the whole year.
The emails need to be sorted into ~clients/<client name> or ~suppliers/<supplier name> or if it's uncertain, just place in a 'Don't Know' folder and we'll reduce the percentage of your fee by the amount you can't 'process', from your fee.
