Summarize MOST important Wikileaks from Reddit

We are using the information on this Reddit forum thread to find the MOST damaging and/or IMPORTANT Wikileaks related to Hillary Clinton. Please view the thread here:

We need you to begin with Podesta Emails 31, and work backwards from there. WE hope to have around 15 to 20 KEY leaks for each release (Podesta Emails 29, 30, 31, etc) The fields we need are: emailid# url (Wikileaks page showing this email) details (beginning with a topic sentence, with additional info up to a paragraph or so).

We can accept the format above (JSON)  - or any kind of COMMA separated (CSV) format. 

With your bid - tell me exactly how many leaks you be able to provide for that. We need our data to be taken from Reddit or Twitter, but manually tweaked, without duplicates, and absolutely CORRECT for each set of Podesta emails. Right now we just need the most recent - we can expand the project to more if you do a good job.
