Annotate data for Vietnamese. Only for Vietnamese

I want to rank list of adjective in Vietnamese. I need annotator to do the simple process like following. Here is the three lines in the data: 1. quạnh quẽ#1 quạnh [nói khái quát];nhà quạnh quẽ, một mình một bóng ~ "Non Kì quạnh quẽ trăng treo, Bến Phì gió thổi đìu hiu mấy gò." (CPN) 2. cướp#1 lấy một cái gì đó đi bằng vũ lực hoặc khi không có sự đồng ý của chủ sở hữu; "Những kẻ trộm cướp tất cả tiền của anh ta" 3. score: I need an annotator to set a score for (quạnh quẽ vs cướp). Score must be 1 or 0 and It will be put in line 3. So we will have result like this: 1. quạnh quẽ#1 quạnh [nói khái quát];nhà quạnh quẽ, một mình một bóng ~ "Non Kì quạnh quẽ trăng treo, Bến Phì gió thổi đìu hiu mấy gò." (CPN) 2. cướp#1 lấy một cái gì đó đi bằng vũ lực hoặc khi không có sự đồng ý của chủ sở hữu; "Những kẻ trộm cướp tất cả tiền của anh ta" 3. score: 0 Because intuitively (quạnh quẽ#) < (cướp#) based on negative polarity in the examples (nhà quạnh quẽ) vs (Những kẻ trộm cướp tất cả tiền của anh ta). To avoid the cheating and sloppy on this task, 10% of this data set is already annotated by myself. If these 10% in the result is so different compared with my annotation. It would be rejected.
