Web Scraping - Research of Email Addresses - Data Mining

Looking for exceptional data miners and web scrapers with strong data mining / research expertise. Your strength will be to gather the information and put it in an easy to read format in an Excel spreadsheet in a clear font. The project is for sourcing email addresses from job boards.

I need to be able to export the emails and sent bulk email with the comma (behind) each email so the format is key.

Project 1 and 2 will need to be completed in about 15 days.

PROJECT 1:

Scrape the web for the names and emails of 3,000 recruiters AND hiring mangers (preferably recruitment firm owners and corporate decision makers) in the USA in ANY INDUSTRY. They must have current jobs posted on any job board website. Your spreadsheet must be checked to verify there are NO DUPLICATES

****THE COMPANIES and RECRUITING FIRMS MUST HAVE CURRENT JOBS POSTED Monster, Career Builder, Jobvertise or Indeed within the last 60 DAYS. No CG job ads.

PROJECT 2:

Scrape the web for the names of 3,000 recruiters AND hiring mangers (preferably recruitment firm owners and corporate decision makers) in the industries of BIOTECHNOLOGY, PHARMACEUTICAL, MEDICAL DEVICE, LIFE SCIENCE. They must have current jobs posted the job board websites (listed below). Obviously there will be more companies than recruiters in this list. Your spreadsheet must be checked to verify there are NO DUPLICATES. Emails such as: HR(AT)pfizer(DOT)com are OK for this project

This marketing campaign could be an ongoing project of several marketing / branding projects, such as so we are looking for an expert who we can have an ongoing relationship with with future projects posted just for them on Scriptlance. Some of those projects will be: data mining from corporate career / job pages, placing new Linkedin Connections on an existing Linkedin Profile Page, Adding FaceBook Friends and Likes from real people in the United States, on our corporate Facebook page.
