3b Clean up Mailing list

We have 2 separate mailing lists. One is about 6.000 and the other 17.500. For those who don't know that a mailing list includes a Name and and Email Address, don't bother to bid because this is not a spam list. This is a list of members we send newsletters to and we address them by name.

There are spam emails in the list and emails that are not in use any more. We need you to remove the addresses that don't exists, are not in use for over a year and duplicates. I have a list of bounced emails that might be helpful.

Please bid only if you have experience and you can do the job accurate and fast.

Again, I will send you a list with name and emails and I expect a list back in the same format.
