"Trec_eval" is an information retrieval software. It doesn't recognize my "qrel" file

I am using Trec_eval for the first time, some spacing or number formatting problem doesn't let the software to run my file. I get the following error: trec_eval.get_qrels: Malformed line 1 If someone has used the software before, this will take less than one hour. I need someone fix my file problem. I will pay 3 Euros and a perfect review.
