Drupal 8 expert to config theme and display views and comment

we need it now to config and set theme like purchased theme its a drupal 8 documentation will be provided after that display total views and comments on front page of all article block . We have purcahsed theme from themeforest so it won't be difficult i need it now Let me know Only drupal expert and who can do now
