Simple Drupal task

We have a Drupal Commerce store in which we want some products to be visible only in some countries. So we need for someone to write a module (or edit an existing module) where we can select for each individual product, in which country it will be visible for users.

For example, if product "A" is set to be only visible in USA and Canada, then a customer with an IP address for The Netherlands is not able to see it.
