I currently have a paperback book available on [url removed, login to view] that I want converted to a Kindle ebook. I require someone that has experience Indesign and the Kindle Plugin to convert InDesign files to a Kindle ebook. The book is called "Control Your ERP Destiny". The book is 19 chapters and 272 pages. The entire book is black and white except for the front and back covers. It has a TOC, 3 Diagrams (flow chart style), 6 tables (similar to Excel spreadsheets), and 1 image. No special fonts (times roman, bold, italics). No footnotes and no index section.
