Bulk Lister like Ebay's turbo lister Auctionblox for Zencart

I want a tool that will convert Ebay turbo lister csv files/listings into Zencart format and to be able import & to upload into Zencart in bulk. The tool must have the functionality to do the reverse as well ie import from Zencart & convert into turb lister. Please don't waste my time saying you can do it then say "oh I need this or I did not realise that" I want someone that can do the job
