We are looking for a contractor for a start-up project to process a series of weekly emails for flower shops in North America. This will begin in mid-february and continue every week thereafter. There will be one new template each week that all of the shops share but each will have a unique logo, price, address and phone number inserted to the template. The contractor needs to provide turnkey services including the cost of the emailing service. We will design and provide the template each week and a file with each client's individual information. The contractor processes each of the unique messages and sends the email. The name on the lists are all active customers of each individual shop so spam is not a concern. The list size will run from 2,000 to 8,000 names for each shop. The project will start with about 20 shops and grow to 100 over the next year. We envision a per-shop per-week flat rate but are open to other ways of pricing. Also, see our other listing -- we are seeking a contractor to conduct weekly updates to a flower shop's Facebook account using the same content but for 20 - 100 different facebook accounts.
