Looking for the Elasticsearch expert

We are sell personalised number plates and need an elastic search expert urgently to help improve the algorith/matching/search rules on our site to show the best results (most relevant and closest matching) when a user makes a query. Currently we are using exact match, regexp, shortening and fuzzy matching, however the results are not relevant. This post is for someone to provide advice and guidance on implementation for the right algorithm to use to get our results more accurate. We have over 50 million registrations a user can search through. Unfortunately the results aren't a great match. If you do a comparative search on the official DVLA site for the same names, you will see how the results should be matched. 100% of the registrations on the DVLA site are also listed on our website.
