Allen Bradley PLC cabinet design... -- 4

Need to design a Allen Bradley PLC enclosure to control 2 pumps on VFDs for product loading into two pairs of tanks and 2 other pumps for product loading from each pair of tanks into trucks. The tow pairs of tanks (4 in total) will have temperature and level transmitters. The unloading stations will have a mass and a flow meter as well. All we're doing is the control cabinet, VFDs and all field devices will be supplied by others. Shop drawings should be supplied so we can build the cabinet, we'll give the major components information for what we want to use and the rest should be design by freelancer including full detailed BOM. CAD template will be provided as well. Please make any questions before submitting your proposal.
