You have been commissioned by your client BSBE to produce a set of services drawings showing cold water supply system, electrical services installation and drainage system for a three bedroom semi-detached house. The drawings should be produced on A3 sheet and to be fully annotated including materials, dimensions and full specifications. The drawings should be professionally presented to meet the standards expected by the professional body CIAT. The drawings should include the followings: 1. Floor plan showing water supply system and drainage system scale 1:100 2: Floor plan showing electrical supply system scale 1:100. 3: Cross section through cold water supply showing the service pipe entering the property below the boundary running into the property scale 1:50 4. A detailed cross section through an inspection chamber scale 1:20 5. Elevation of consumer unit showing electrical supply (live, neutral and Earth) to the house and various lighting and power circuits scale 1:20 The drawings should be clear and neat, They should be on A3 sheet and should include a title block.
