Build a Radio Frequency Noise generator from 50hz to 250hz

Hello, I am an electronics and telecommunication engineer and I am quite experienced with RF design. I have designed a signal generator based on PIC microcontroller. 50to250 Hz is not really RF but I can design you a PCB that can produce a signal in this range.
