I have done quote a few industrial automation projects, controlling PLCs through MODBUS RTU and MODBUS TCP protocols. your requirement is not clear. When you say you want to connect multiple PLCs to one PC, are you looking for a logging/control type of software? or you want just physical connection to be implemented.
