Hi, I have experince of implementing ESP32 Soft AP and Ethernet on another project based on STM32. So I can give it a try to combine both and implement Ethernet to Wifi adapter that you want. But I do not know if ESP32 does support this kind of adapter without connection loss. So I need to test if it is possible. Hi Sr, I can make the hardware design that you need using the ESP32 has a RMII interface connected to 5 port ethernet chip and make with that the ruter. Other option is to use directly a microchip wifi module and a microchip ETH switch. I can offer you design all the hardware, and if you need also is possible to add PoE capabilities. I'm electronic engineer with more than 15 years of experience and know all the necessary details for designing ethernet interfaces and RMII, both are high speed and the cares are importants. I will design all in Altium Designer and then I will give you all the necessary files to send it to manufacture: Gerber files, BOM with the manufacture part numer codes, 3D files of the boards and the Altium Project. I have already designed such a project with ESP8266 . An access point is attached to door bell over MQTT. When doorbell rings the AP sends to its stations that doorbell rings. The problem was that when more than two devices connected to the AP, it dropped connection. But I could access that problem. I will give two pieces of product(one station and one access point), PCB gerber, schematic, BOM list with the cost of components and where to buy them and the firmware.
