Hai, I am in the process of designing electronic circuit. I need a simple PCB circuit prototype and circuit diagram for AC current dimming using zero cross detection. I have Arduino to control the dimming values from 0 to 255. The circuit must have snubber circuit to support inductive loads and resistive loads. Please design the circuit and get approval from me to proceeding with the prototype board assembling. After assembling the board test the board using Arduino code for light dimming the inductive load as well as resistive load. If it works send me the prototype and Arduino code. Please use the basic components given below. BT136 MOC3021 Simple circuit to depict the dimming functionality is enough.

Hello, it is a pleasure to greet you . Interesting project. I have several schematic designs to control resistive loads that are applied to heating elements or luminaires. Also others used for inductive loads to control the speed of small single-phase motors. In your case we can use some small arduino like the nano. Hi, I can make this for you with PWM technique using MOSFET so that you can control your load using a pwm signal from any controller. I've many circuits designed for both commercial and industrial products and working in various sites. The way is very simple, using a bridge rectifier, then MOSFET and gate driver.
