Hello, Cool device you want build there. I think we can fit all of the sensor that you want in that space, mabe the PCB will have to be routed on 4 layers but that is not so expensive. Sorry for the long time of 30 days but for the housing to be perfect we need to make the components 3D model also I have also done a lot of PCB for the automotive industry, where quality comes first in a PCB. I can guarantee I will give you the best quality for the layout. This is a short description of my experience: I have 8 years of experience in PCB design All of my experience is in the automotive design. Hello. I already have a couple IOT project that used esp8266. I will prepeare component list, when it will be done I will prepeare schematic and after that will be able to create PCB. If you need I could create firmware and help with casing if you need for example for 3D printing.
