Hello, I have decades of experience in electronic circuits design, especially analog ones. Regarding high gain amplifiers, I recently designed a load cell amplifier with the gain order of magnitude that is required for your project. An important aspect for piezoelectric sensors is to ensure a high impedance. I know how to do that. Please DM me to unvail the sensor datasheet so that I may refine my bid.
