Hi, the way I see it, you won't get much light on the road, for a fog light. You'd be better off with a COB LED light engine and an optical lens with your amber LEDs placed around it. What part exactly do i have to do on this project? Only the LED board? LED board and control? Defining the interface connector? I can design a reliable PCB that'll give you 9 to 16 volts operating voltage, with an automotive grade connector that'll do everything you're asking for.
