I have several years experience in Linux and programming you need for web-serice etc. I have got many skills, from software applications , AI in gaming , Virtual & Augmented reality to biomedical instruments, Avionics Communication, wearable devices & electronic systems, beacons , embedded programming making custom 3d printers , mobile apps. pretty straight forward project, i recently built a similar rfid reader for a escape room game, where multiple raspberry pi's with rfid readers were sending data to a central server for processing, i can modify the server script to run on a windows machine. feel free to check my profile for past projects and reviews and text me to discuss the project further.
