Write arduino code to maintain constant air pressure in an inflated tube using an SM9541 pressure sensor

I am a product designer and I need someone to write me Arduino code so that I can construct a control box which is capable of starting and stopping a Side Channel Blower (2.2 kW, 50 Hz, Single Phase).

This will be used to inflate a large air-supported tent and this blower will need to switch on and off automatically in order to maintain a constant pre-set pressure within the tent.

This control box will be mains powered and when it is switched on it will need to power-up the blower, which will in turn inflate the tent.

The heart of the control box will be a NCD SM 9541 140C-S-C-3-S low pressure sensor (I2C).

When the tent has been inflated to a specific pressure (approx 2 kPa) the control box will need to switch the blower off.

If the pressure should drop below a specific pressure (approx 1.5 kPa) the blower will need to re-start automatically.

The intention is to use the Arduino to control a solid state relay to switch the blower on/off.

Visual and audible alarms will need to sound in the event that the internal pressure becomes too high or in case the power supply should fail. A 12V rechargeable battery will be required in the control box for this purpose.

An I2C 7 segment 4 Digit display will also be required in the control box to give a continuous readout of the pressure.

At a later stage I would like to add an SMS facility to send alerts and potentially a VFD inverter to add a speed control function to the blower (which could be linked to an anemometer).
