We are in the development stage and for the next project we´ve made it to our ambition to let our horses gallop on the racecourse authentically as possible. This requires a skilled mechanical construction that allows using the existing friction to transmit the remaining energy so that the horse's gallop imitated possible authentic. Wir befinden uns im Entwicklungsstadium und haben es uns zur Aufgabe gesetzt für das kommende Projekt, unsere Pferde auf der Rennbahn galoppieren zu lassen. Dafür bedarf es einer geschickten mechanische Konstruktion, die es ermöglicht mit Hilfe der bestehenden Reibung, die verbleibende Energie so zu übertragen, dass das Pferd den Galopp möglich authentisch imitiert. Das beinhaltet auch die Konstruktion der einzelnen Körperteile und Gelenke des Pferdes. Das Pferd wird magnetisch über die Bahn gezogen. Jede Art einer Kraftübertragung von der Reibung auf dem Rennkurs kann genutzt werden. Eine Batteriebetriebene Lösung ist nicht erwünscht! Ein kleines Beispiel finden Sie im Videoausschnitt. Allerdings sind die Pferde hier sehr klein. Die Pferde für unser anstehendes Projekt haben eine Gesamtlänge von ca.: 10 cm, eine Risshöhe von ca.: 5 cm, Gesamthöhe ohne Jockey von ca.: 6-7 cm, inkl. Jockey ca.: 8 cm und eine Gesamtbreite von ca.: 3,0 – 3,3 cm. Dieser Platz inkl. Unterbau steht zur Verfügung für eine mechanische Konstruktion, um die Pferde galoppieren zu lassen. Die mechanische Konstruktion zur Bewegung muss bis zum 10.02.2014 fertig ausgearbeitet sein, so dass wir die Konstruktion 3D drucken oder mechanisch bauen lassen können.
