Need software that can automate form feeling, produce standard letters and keep track of deadlines

You will have experience in Hotdocs. Have prior experience with Time matters PC law from Nexis Lexis. We are looking for someone who can createa software that will save us time to complete standard forms in accident benefits claim keep client's deadlines and help us populate standard letters for client. The goal is that we should know where we are at on a file at any giving time and periodically update the files. The software should have the capability to link to actual pdf files and msword files so everything can be located within the program. You should have references and a portfolio to show us your previous work.
