revamp my wordpress site (repost)

Hi! I require a complete revamp of my current website, in wordpress. I've attached a document with technical specs for the new site, content and PSDs and other resources. I need a WP theme with clean HTML/CSS/etc, and the site to be configured. I can give you access to the production server for this, if needed, as the current site is dormant. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform wordpress 3.0.1
