Chemical Engineer and Nanotechnology Expert needed

I have a product which reduces the cost of electricity by 35%. I need an explanation to tell my customers as to how does it work. For me it's just magic that it works, however I need something to say whether it's true or not. So I'm looking for someone who can explain how my product would work. Let me explain my product. It is small like a refrigerator magnet. It sticks to refrigerator and the results happen. I am thinking that there must be some explanation how the materials we used in making this are reacting to a magnetism of the refrigerator or Air Conditioning. Like it changes the oscillation of the electricity, it smooth everything out. I need someone who can tell me a good story and that it could be written in a such a way to add to the sales copy on my website. I would need a short explanation of a few sentences and I would need a longer one of 500 to 800 words. I am interested in selling, I am interested in the keywords that are going to settle in my customer's mind and tell them a convincing story about why it works.
